Realtor Logo & Branding Design

Jennifer Odum is a realtor with 20 years of experience in the real estate industry in Austin. She asked me to redesign a logo and branding for her that reflected her friendly personality and reflected her professionalism and trustworthiness. I designed this logo for her to illustrate her work in residential real estate and the fleur de lis to reflect her personality.

The focus of this work was the signage, Jennifer wanted traditional for sale yard signs but also wanted to display the status of the sale process of homes. I designed a primary sign with multiple riders to sit above the primary sign and indicate the sales process: Coming Soon, For Sale, Contract Pending, and Sold. 

I also designed wayfinding Open House signs each with arrows pointing different directions to clearly direct potential homebuyers to any Open House Jennifer is hosting. A Facebook Banner and business card were also included in this project.
