Event Poster & Branding

The Strawberry Festival is a celebration of fresh strawberries in the small town of Poteet, Texas. It is a major event in South Texas and draws many people together from rural small towns and nearby cities, proceeds provide scholarships for Poteet youth. The Festival boasts of having a little something for everyone including a rodeo, carnival, live music and food. My goal in designing this event branding was to appeal to both rural and urban Texans with a bright color palette with a modernized western flair.
